Hiring: Factory Floor Supervisor / Floor Manager
Location: Mira Road West, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days (Onsite)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Floor Supervisor with strong expertise in production operations, floor management, team handling, and lean manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production targets across cutting, sewing, QC & packing
• Drive floor productivity, shift management & operational efficiency
• Reduce fabric and foam waste through process improvements
• Implement 5S, line balancing & lean manufacturing practices
• Supervise operators, QC staff & packing teams
• Monitor KPIs including throughput, scrap %, rework & on-time dispatch
