Job Summary:

The Plant/Factory Head will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations, projects for Paint Division. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality production, optimizing costs, and building a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should come with deep exposure to the paint industry and possess strong technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
