Roles and Responsibilities

As the Factory Head for Seasoning, this position is responsible for overseeing the entire seasoning setting up of production operations and managing the seasoning team to ensure efficient and high-quality production of seasoning products in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

This position is responsible for establishing the seasoning factory by building a team of professionals which will lead to high production, quality, and order fulfilment while ensuring the safest working environment possible.

1. Strategies, Design and developing business plan, with detailed timelines, actions & budgets for the setting up of Seasoning factory.
