Factory Manager – Brand Activation Agency

We are hiring a Factory Manager to join a leading global total brand activation company in their Dubai location. They work with major names to deliver everything from exhibitions and world expos to retail environments, museums, and sports overlays. As a Factory Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the production facility. You will ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality fabrication of exhibition stands, event structures, and bespoke fit-outs. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, operational efficiency, health and safety, and continuous improvement across all factory functions.
