Job Overview

Reporting to the Global Factory Product Support Manager, Hard Rock, the Factory Product Support Administrator is responsible to support the administration for the global product support team including general reporting, presentation and notice creation, time and attendance maintenance and purchase order processing. This role will include dynamic day to day tasks and require a high level of multi‑tasking, organization, and individual initiative.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Global Product Support team, including the Global Product Support Manager, Product Support Leaders, and Factory Technical Specialists.
