Faculty Position in Economics

The School of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences (SAHSS) at Habib University invites applications for open‑rank faculty positions in Economics in its Social Development and Policy Program (SDP). Depending on the credentials, candidates will be considered at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor ranks as appropriate.

The SDP program is an interdisciplinary blend of anthropology, economics, political science, and sociology, designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the forces shaping our world, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills necessary for the Anthropocene and building a reparative future.

We are seeking outstanding scholars committed to pedagogical excellence and mentorship to ensure student success, passionate about teaching undergraduate economics, and excited to reimagine curriculum at the undergraduate level.
