Position Overview: Lived experience as a caregiver brings valuable insight and compassion to others navigating similar paths. Volunteers with the Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) play a meaningful role in supporting fellow caregivers caring for older adults or grandchildren through connection, shared understanding, and problem-solving.

Volunteers may offer a listening ear, assist with special events, help lead support groups, or work with caregivers to brainstorm and implement solutions tailored to their unique needs.
