**Location:** Springfield, MA
**Population:** Ages 3–21
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, day and after-school/evening hours
**Sign-On Bonus:** $6,000

**Compensation:** Salaries begin at **$68,000** for unlicensed clinicians, licensed $ **75,000** , plus $6,000 sign-on and monthly bonus incentives at $40/hour unlicensed, and $75/hr licensed!
