Job Description:
- Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters,including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitationdisputes, and domestic violence.
- Handling complex cases involving child arrangements, parental rights, and disputes over family assets.
- Drafting legal documents, including petitions, consent orders, and prenuptial agreements.
- Representing clients in family court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Providing empathetic and tailored legal solutions to meet clients' individual needs and circumstances.
- Offering guidance on alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law.
