**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**Opportunity Highlights:**
+ Full time employment with work-life balance
+ Reasonable daily patient volume expectations with ample time allotted for each patient (30 minutes per encounter)
+ No nights or weekends; no call
+ Primary and preventative care including:
+ Adults and pediatric patients
+ Lab/imaging follow-up appointments
+ Management of stable chronic medical conditions, with goal of moving to management of medically complex patients
+ Medicare annual wellness exams
