POSITION DETAILS:
+ Monday –Friday Full Time Schedule
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
+ EPIC EMR documentation system
+ Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention.
+ Comprehensive benefit package including health, life, dental, vision CME, Malpractice and 401k.
