Description

Job Objective: Provides professional medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating of clinical patients in order to meet their medical needs. Educates patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection by providing materials and resources to the patients and families.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties: • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. • Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' conditions. • Identify normal and abnormal findings in history, physical examination, and commonly performed laboratory studies. • Prescribe medication in accordance with the West Virginia statute and profe...
