Family Medicine opportunity to join an established group that is expanding to meet the needs of the community of Hendersonville, Tennessee.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Family medicine ABMS or AOA board eligible or board certified
+ Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
+ Ability to work Full Time in family medicine outpatient clinic
+ Interest in adolescent – geriatric patient population
+ Interest in long term care and nursing home population a plus
+ Commitment to providing high quality, evidence-based patient care

**Practice Setting:**

+ 4 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
+ Medical office located across from TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center
+ Outpatient clinic offering experienced medical staff
