Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an established Primary Care group located in Lewisville, Texas. + Baylor Scott & White Primary Care – Castle Hills is a single specialty group that consist of three (3) physicians and one (1) advanced practitioner
+ 100% Outpatient primary care/family medicine
+ Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
