Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients

**Essential Functions:**

**ASSESSMENT**

+ Obtain a comprehensive general health history.
+ Provides Family Medicine to include medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes.
+ Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
+ Perform a comprehensive physical examination.
+ Obtain a problem-focused health history.
+ Perform a problem-focused physical examination.
+ Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination.
+ Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination.
