Family Nurse Practitioner - Queens, NY

A great group in Queens, NY is seeking a FNP to work as a floater at their multiple locations throughout NYC. The locations are in Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn (as needed) and your 'Home Base' will be in Jamaica, Queens. FNP will see around 15-18 patients per day - all ages. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a Primary Care setting. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Basic duties include; health assessments, prescribing treatment modalities, establishing plans of care and promoting the continuum of care. 40hr work week. Salary is based on experience. Job ID
