Family Office Director

We are seeking a Family Office Director to lead the establishment and ongoing management of a newly formed, first-generation family office based in Rye, NY. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the foundational hire, working closely with a closely held family to design, build, and operate a thoughtful, well-governed family office aligned with the family’s long-term objectives.

The Director will act as a central integrator across the family’s financial, legal, and operational ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on financial oversight, reporting integrity, and coordination across external providers. This individual will partner with a network of advisors while implementing the infrastructure, processes, and controls necessary to support long-term stewardship.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors, including the family’s patriarch and matriarch, and requires a high degree of judgment, discretion, and ownership.
