Team Salary: Band 7/8 £28,142 to £33,699, Permanent, 37 hours per week x 12 posts. Base is within the Bradford district.
About the Role
Our service is continuing to grow and we are increasing our offer of support for families where children are at risk of being cared for outside of their family and are returning home after time living in care.
As a Strengthening Families Outreach Practitioner, you will work with children, young people, and their families alongside the allocated Social Worker, delivering intensive, bespoke support to enable families to remain living together safely wherever possible.
