+ Join 4 physicians and 2 APPs in this diverse, welcoming practice.
+ We provide gender affirming care, medication assisted treatment, and work closely with two assigned social workers,
+ We have a behaviorist on site to serve as a bridge into behavioral health services.
+ We are a patient centered medical home.
+ Spanish speaking physician welcomed; not required
+ Nurse triage takes first call for this practice
