WellSpan Health is seeking a family physician to join our growing practice near historic **Gettysburg, PA and the Maryland state line** . We are a community-centered practice with a fun and inclusive work environment located near Liberty Mountain Resort. We have an excellent call schedule which is triaged by nurses.

**Position Highlights:**

+ Join 3 providers in an organized, well-run and innovative practice
+ Nurse-triaged call schedule 9 weeknights/ year and 2-3 weekends/year
+ Flexible manager is open to a 4-day work week at full-time
+ Reliable Long-term staff - current staffing ratio is 1:1
+ Epic EMR; Pharmacy, Lab and rehab on site
+ Option to use DAX - an AI scribe that generates a note in EPIC EMR
