**Job Title: Family Physician for Primary Care Float Pool**

**Location:** Central Region (York, PA)

**Employment Type: Fulltime 32 - 40 hours a week**

**What You'll Champion:**

+ Provide on-site patient care at any of our PC practices in York County to cover vacations, LOAs, vacancies
+ Will see acutes, routines, hospital follow-ups and AWV
+ Daytime hours only: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
+ EPIC electronic health record and Dax Ai scribe
+ No call, no pajama time, and when off, others cover in-baskets
