• Setting: outpatient primary care clinic for all geriatric patients
  
  • Primary care, chronic care, medication management
• No weekends, holidays, or call, 1 hour lunch
  
• All geriatric patients

Required :

• Board certified/eligible Physician
• Active BLS
• Active DEA
• Active and unrestricted DC license

Compensation :
