Summary
We’re hiring a Family Practice Provider (MD/DO or Nurse Practitioner) to join a well-established, full-scope outpatient clinic in Elmwood Park. In addition to family medicine, the practice offers endocrinology and functional medicine services. The current physician will plan to retire in the future and is seeking a provider to continue the clinic’s longstanding commitment to personalized, community-based care. You'll see an average of 20 patients per day, ages 18 to 90.
Salary
$120K-$130K, depending on experience and credentials, benefits, insurance, potential partnership.
