Physician Medical Director Outpatient Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Location: Greater Memphis, TN
Compensation:
* Base Salary: $290K $320K before productivity bonus
* Estimated Total Compensation: $314K $416K (after productivity bonuses)
* Includes: Base salary + Sign-on bonus + Quarterly bonus + $100K retention bonus (over 3 years) + Bi-weekly productivity bonuses + 401K + Comprehensive benefits package
* Relocation assistance available if required
