Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Schedule: 3-day workweek consisting of 12-hour shifts, plus one Saturday or Sunday every other weekend.
* Clinic hours are 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
* Providers work together to create a shared schedule totaling 40 hours per week, with 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts.
Patient Volume: Approximately 18-25 patients per day ALL Ages
Types of Cases: Preventive care, chronic condition management, acute illnesses, minor injuries, follow-up care, splinting, and suturing. For higher-acuity cases, EMS rapid response is available, with transfer to the Monument Health ER located approximately 8 minutes away.
