Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Post-Acute, East Valley, AZ

Location: Mesa, AZ (Primary) Some coverage in Chandler

Setting: Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Facilities

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays on-site 9 AM 5 PM , plus weekend rotation once or twice per month

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: Productivity-based pay with potential to earn up to $300,000 annually
