Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of privately funded and Legal Aid family matters.
- Conduct advocacy where appropriate.
- Handle matters including, but not limited to:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Public law children proceedings
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
- Care proceedings
- Cohabitation and TOLATA disputes
- Draft pleadings, statements, and court applications.
- Advise clients clearly and sensitively.
