The primary purpose of this position is to plan, update, implement, and administer the installation family support portion of the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) in coordination with the EFMP ­Family Support (EFMP-FS) Coordinator and EFMP Integrated Installation Support stakeholders with the Navigator serving as the lead for community outreach. Responsibilities Provides on-site, direct customer service at the squadron level, via satellite or embedded Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) offices; serves as the EFMP consultant for unit consultations.
