Job Summary

The Farm Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and improvement of farm facilities and equipment. This role ensures that all farm infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical systems are well‑maintained to support smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in maintenance work, strong problem‑solving skills, and the flexibility to travel between farm locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Farm Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on farm equipment, buildings, and utilities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime. Ensure all farm infrastructure, including water supply, ventilation, and feeding systems, is functioning optimally. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for major repairs and maintenance work.
