Farm Maintenance & Operations Lead

Farm Manager SA is seeking a candidate in the Montagu Area, Western Cape to oversee maintenance operations on the farm. This role requires strong leadership in managing a team, repairing and maintaining farm machinery, and ensuring overall farm asset care.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in agricultural roles, be knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical systems, and possess an excellent understanding of permaculture and organic practices. A passion for innovation in farming is key to this role.
