We are looking for a Farm Manager to take the lead in the day‑to‑day management of our experimental farms in Almería. You will be responsible for all crop production and maintenance activities, including greenhouse preparation, sowing, transplanting, crop nutrition and irrigation, crop protection, disease and climate control, rotation planning, and general farm maintenance. The work is performed in close collaboration with the Station Managers and the rest of the farm team, fostering strong communication and teamwork across all departments. You will also supervise and develop a large team of both permanent and temporary employees, ensuring motivation, efficiency, and a positive work atmosphere.
