farm operation supervisor

Role focuses on supervising farm operations, cleaning greenhouse, operating machinery, maintaining logs, and leading a team of 11‑15 workers.

Responsibilities

• Greenhouse cleaning
• Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
• Maintain work records and logs
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Languages: Spanish and Castilian (proficient)
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in farm operations
• Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift operation
• Supervisory experience: Supervision of 11‑15 people
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized, team player
