FARM OPERATIONS MANAGER - FM2298

Tzaneen Area – Limpopo: Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the citrus farm production. Managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Leadership role in driving production targets, maintaining operational processes, and coordinating resources to ensure the seamless flow of production from citrus harvesting to packaging.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Entomology, Agronomy, or Horticulture.
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in production management or lean manufacturing would be advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or senior operations role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within agriculture.
