Farms Engagement Manager: Agri-Tech

This role is about running a national network of real farms where new agritech is tested, demonstrated and proven in commercial conditions.

Youll be the person who keeps those farms aligned, organised and useful ensuring technologies are trialled properly, lessons are shared, and innovation is shown working in the real world, not just in theory.

This is not a deskbased strategy role. Its operational, outwardfacing and relationshipled.

You'll work directly with farmers, agritech businesses and programme teams to make sure onfarm activity actually delivers value.

This is not a policy role, nor a pure research or deskbased coordination post. 

This is a handson, operational and relationshipdriven role focused on running the farm network, not designing overarching adoption strategy.
