Fashion and Apparel Designer

We are looking for a hands-on Apparel Designer to manage end-to-end design, development, sampling, and vendor coordination for our D2C apparel brand. The role emphasizes fast iteration, digital & phyical sampling, costing, and quality control and handover to bulk production.

You will collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and operations teams to create consumer-focused, commercially viable products with quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Development
Research fashion trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings
Develop capsule / season-less collections aligned with brand identity
Create sketches, CADs, flats, and sampling-focused tech packs
Develop and iterate styles using CLO-3D or similar 3D garment software to reduce physical sampling
Select fabrics, trims, colors & silhouettes.
Create and maintain size charts with a strong focus on fit consistency
