F&B Attendant (WaiterWaitress)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Assisting the Bartender in preparing cocktails, wine and beer for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, menu changes and service standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for guests.
