Job Responsibilities . Co-ordinate the hotel's food and beverage business activities such as sales, customer services, promotions etc. . Ensure customer satisfaction are met through high quality and consistent food standards and services. . Ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service to maximize profit and customer satisfaction. .
