F&B Operations Lead (Thai & Halal) — Travel to Sites

f&b junction pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee day-to-day operations, particularly in Thai and halal food. The role requires at least 5 years of experience and the ability to cover chef duties for 3 to 5 days.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks such as dishwashing and sales accounting. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The ability to communicate in English, Thai, Chinese, or Malay is required.
