Purpose

Flamingo Casino is looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Food & Beverage operations across the business, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, quality, service, and compliance objectives and will play a key role in driving commercial performance, operational efficiency, culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and team effectiveness while ensuring consistent execution of Group standards, sound financial management, and the sustainable growth of all Food & Beverage outlets, events, and related services.
