FCC Gallery Bartender and Food Service

1. Creating an AWESOME experience for Members and Guests · The Gallery Team is responsible for creating a lasting and memorable impression of The Fort Collins Club · Prepare, execute and complete a myriad of Gallery services· Perform opening, closing and change of shift specific duties, including cleaning, restocking and food prep· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness standards of the Gallery space · Manage the Gallery cash drawer, with full responsibility for balancing and deposits2.
