FE External Manufacturing Foundry Lead Engineer

onsemi’s External Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Foundry Engineer for foundry management, business units facing, technology development, foundry transfer roles:

+ Develop and optimize novel solutions to GaN/SiC challenges for the next generations of onsemi Power devices. This includes taking ideas from conception, through development to deployment in manufacturing.
+ Be a lead engineer and work with internal teams and foundries to drive GaN/SiC process/device development and evaluation, device performance improvement, FE-BE integration, CIP, yield/quality improvement, process/product qualification, technology transfer, and ramp to mass production.
+ Manage existing day-to-day operations with external foundries to meet delivery, capacity, cycle time, delivery, quality, and cost needs. Set performance goals and manage the results.
