Opportunity Description
The Federal Wage Compliance Coordinator provides administrative and operational support with a focus on certified payroll review, contractor compliance tracking, and system administration in support of Davis-Bacon Act requirements. This role is responsible for managing enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring subcontractor compliance across multiple contracts. This will be onsite at our project near Boise, ID.
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE + Incentives
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Manage enrollment, setup, and ongoing maintenance of certified payroll systems and compliance platforms
+ Review subcontractor certified payroll reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with prevailing wage requirements
+ Track and monitor submission status, deficiencies, and compliance issues across multiple contracts
