Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare meals throughout the day according to dietary preferences and requirements
- Cook healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals, focusing on fresh ingredients
- Create diverse menus, including Arabic, Mediterranean, and international cuisines
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Maintain inventory and grocery shopping as required
- Cater to specific dietary needs and restrictions, if applicable
- Keep the kitchen organized and ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
- Proven experience (3-4 years) as a chef, preferably in a similar private household or professional kitchen
- Expertise in preparing healthy, Arabic, Mediterranean, and international cuisines
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
