We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our Mcqueen ladies spa team.

Location: Shakbout City, Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and confirmations.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
• Handle billing, cash, and card payments accurately.
• Maintain client records and daily reports.
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote spa services and products to clients when appropriate.

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
