Female Support Worker in St Austell

Overview

We are seeking a full-time, compassionate, dependable, and proactive female Support Worker to join an experienced care team supporting a young woman with complex health needs, including Cauda Equina syndrome, T5 paraplegia, dissociative disorder, and functional seizures.

She lives with her husband and two children, aged 10 and 11, on a peaceful smallholding in Whitemoor, St Austell, alongside a range of much-loved animals including two dogs, five cats, and several friendly chickens. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver person-centred support within a welcoming, family-focused, and animal-friendly home environment.

The successful candidate will support all aspects of daily living while helping her maintain an active, independent, and fulfilling lifestyle within the community.
