Become a Fencing Foreman at Universal Fence, managing installation crews across Western Canada in diverse sectors like mining and government projects. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and outdoor work.
As a key member of our team, you will lead crews to install high-quality commercial and industrial fencing, ensuring safe and productive job sites. Your responsibilities include conducting safety meetings and managing site layouts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fencing or construction and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage crews for fencing installations
• Set up site operations with stringline and layout
• Operate skid steer for drilling post holes
• Pour concrete and install fencing components
• Enforce daily safety protocols on site
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in fencing or construction
• Previous leadership experience with field crews
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
