Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the complete operational planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of a large-scale live event/festival. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational expertise to ensure all event activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the approved schedule.

The successful candidate will act as the primary operational lead, managing venue services, staffing, logistics, guest experience, activation partners, and onsite operations while maintaining seamless coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
