Festive Christmas & Indian Cuisine Chef (Halal)

Infusion Village, a vibrant and inclusive venue in South Croydon, is looking for a talented Chef to join our team for a special Christmas Day event . We aim to deliver a festive dining experience that caters to a diverse range of tastes, including Halal and Indian-inspired dishes. If you are experienced in preparing traditional Christmas meals as well as delicious Indian cuisine, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Christmas Day Chef

Date: December 25th, 2024 Location: Infusion Village, South Croydon, Purley, London Shift: Full Day (from morning prep until service is completed)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of festive dishes, including traditional Christmas favourites (roast meats, vegetables, gravy) and special Indian-inspired options such as Biryani , Chicken Curries , and Karak Chai .
