Requirements:

• Fully qualified F&I Business Manager
• 5+ years' experience within the motor industry
• Proven track record in a franchised dealership environment
• Strong performance in finance, VAPS, warranties, and insurance penetration
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, target-driven dealership
