Fiber Construction Manager (Residential & Small Business Deployments)
Locations: On-site (Kenosha/Farmington/Rockdale)
We're seeking an experienced SFU/SBU Installation Manager to oversee fiber optic installations for Single Family Unit (SFU) and Small Business Unit (SBU) customers. This individual will manage third-party installation partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SFU/SBU fiber installations through subcontractors and external vendors
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and daily field activities across multiple job sites
- Review site surveys, permits, work orders, and installation plans prior to deployment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
